What the shit

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Started towards trails, ran about 400m on the trails when I roll my ankle hard. Fell to the ground (couldn't even attempt to hop it off it hurt so bad). Sat for about a minute trying to see how bad it hurt when I moved it around. Was able to put some pressure on it and I walked around for a bit. Took my shoes off, it didn't look swollen yet. Put shoes back on and was able to slog jog home. Thankfully less than a mile from home.

Backtracked the trail on the way back as well. I didn't hit a root, a rock or any obstacle. Just landed wrong and that was it.

Couldn't really walk on it without pain after I got home and sat down. Iced in thrice tonight, took some 'profean and gonna sleep it off. I hope. This means a full day at my desk tomorrow.
