Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Decided to run from Grant so it would be easier to turn my brain off. Did the normal Chenonceaux loop but added Cambridge on. Felt pretty good until about 1.5 to go, when my stomach started to bother me. I was originally planning to do strides on the field when I finished but my stomach was having none of that. No real strength or pain problems in my hips, just a little soreness, but the kind that you get after lifting.
