Comments:
Great great run today, I'm so relieved. 20 miles on the towpath, starting in Rocky Hill. Temperature and humidity were perfect, and a godsend. Lianne did a fine job pacing us at 9:30 per mile. Shannon got her side stitch again just after 11 miles in. I stopped and jog/walked with her for about 5 minutes and then I kept going. Caught the group at the next station as they were leaving, but had to take a break after expending energy to catch up. I finished about 5 minutes behind the whole group, which is fine with me. I felt good when we were done, but I could feel some cramping about to come on, so I was stretching, hydrating, getting salt back in my system. I was fine after about 15-20 minutes. Spoke with Lianne's dad for a bit, which was nice. He's a good guy and I was happy to see him.

Oh! Capt. Sully's plane showed up???!!! US Airways plane that landed in the Hudson pulled over next to RU Stadium. Odd, but cool.
