Comments:
Took it slow. I could feel dinner bouncing around and figured I'd rather not taste it twice, so I slowed wayyyy down.
Also, might race a mile next week. Maybe. It'll be very slow.
PT: appointment today. lunges (10lb X 5ea laps) single leg deadlifts (5lb dbs), and squats (25lb bar).
