Ran with Lara at the park again. I feel like the loop is longer than it is, but unless I'm mapping it wrong, which I think unlikely, I'm going pretty slow. Nice enough weather, calf a little tight from yesterday's mile, but otherwise fine.
Lift: pullups (8,5,3); DB bench 3x 10x 40lb each
PT: 5each x 8 lunges, no DB; 3x 25 body weight squats. Good news: nothing hurts
Sleep: 10hrs
RHR: 46 (I know, I haven't logged this in a while.)
