Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
So I talked to coach about the camp I'm working at and how running and trying to do my job could put me in a position where I end up being a zombie and not giving my all to the campers. That's not fair, so I asked what she thought I should do. She told me that she considers June to be a bonus month for me anyway, and to just do what I need to do to do my job right. That being said, I'm going to continue running, but my mileage will likely drop (lack of sleep pretty much makes this a necessity), and I will likely not worry too much about training paces until camp is over July 1. I'm going to continue to do PT, especially on the days I don't run, such as yesterday, and possibly tomorrow because I doubt sleep will be plentiful tonight.
Now to the run. Best run I've had in recent memory. I think part of it may have been because I was stressing less after reading coach's email. Just went into some more residential areas in another part of town. I need to try to find some grassy areas to run instead of all pavement.
