Comments:
felt good at the beginning but really started to feel it towards the end. Started out on fields for the first 4.5 and then ran big run. Knee was okay. Hopefully I'll get in 8-10 tomorrow and go long saturday and take sunday easy. We'll see, though. visitng my grandparents in Muncie this weekend.
