Comments:
Haven't run this route for months. Felt some fatigue through the hilly first 4 then settled into a nice pace. The short steep hills in the last 2 miles were tough on the legs. Carried water belt for first time in months: 10oz gatorade 20oz water. Ate chomps at mile 4-5...not too bad. Will aim to get over 10 miles again next weekend.
