Decided to try running again today after a wonderful booze, burrito and bitches filled weekend. Definitely out of shape now, but hey, whats to expect after 10 days of no running whatsoever. Did some sprints earlier in the day just to see what I felt, main problem I need to fix is aerobic system. Hiopefully be back to normal in a few days, legs were really sre and chest was still kinda tight. Probs shouldnt have gone out that fast.
