Comments:
So last week was very poor from a training standpoint. I didn't do anything after Wednesday aside from some abs and pushups Friday night and sporadic stretching. While this was probably pretty bad for my fitness, I think that this was a good and probably necessary mental break for me, especially with how draining camp is as well.
This run wasn't the best, I think mostly because I ran too soon after breakfast. I was cramping a bit, but it still wasn't terrible. Ran from Welch to the RR cut to William then Central and around Mingo once before heading back to Liberty to Welch again.
Did some PT after, but was somewhat distracted by some conversations I was having.
