Comments:
This was sort of an odd run because I finally got clear roads and warmer temperatures, but actually did worse here today than last week. Part of it was the wind, but only part. My legs were extremely tight. I need to be more active the rest of the day besides running. I am also not in shape. I was ready for cross-country, but I am NOT ready for track right now. I am to the point where I can't understand how I managed to do what I did this summer. 6:46 pace on this was a reasonably easy day then. Now I am almost dreading it. My stomach was bothering me as well, which is probably to be expected with how horribly I've eaten lately. The pathetic thing is that this was probably one of my better runs lately. Well, it still sucked. As I think of today, I immediately jump to the wind and how I can't have really expected to do better, but starting to get sick of making excuses. So, when does it end? The answer is that it ends when I make it end and no sooner.
