Comments:
Route was from start to 5.25 on Percival's Island and back. Thought I wanted to do a long run, legs felt differently. Felt most comfortable in the first and last 2 miles. Just a general heaviness/lethargy in the legs even at the steady pace of 9:30. Managed to run the whole way though and finished strong. Kind of off the map with the training regime, but ahead of where I need to be. Drank 35oz water 10oz Gatorade.
