kicked 400, swam 700. first time in a really really long time. helped my knee, though. which was good. Hoping to get in most weekdays and get a lot more in than this. My arms were just killing me since it was the first time in so long.

meeting brent to run at 7am tomorrow. it'll be good to have someone that i'm going to meet. it means I'll definitely be up to run.
