new pool plus some rehab/lifting

I was sweating a lot today, so a refreshing dip in the pool was a nice thing to look forward to. I got bored quicker than usual though... Did 15 swim, 10 kick, 10 swim, 5 kick, 5 underwater. Wasnt thinking about much. Though about indoor track for some reason... I got some goals for that later on. Pool was surprisingly scarce. I got there late from the lab so I thought I would have to share... but i didnt really.

Got out of the pool and went downstairs. Did Abductor, adductor and leg curls. Went up to 4 x 10 this week. The goal is to get stronger. I was feeling hungry so I went back up and got my ID card for a Twix, then stretched on the track. Stretch, hips, L7, then planks. Saw John E briefly. He had to swim because his leg isnt better yet. The planks were tough. Havnt done them in a while. I definitly have to increase reps or time.
