Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Huge group run from the house. Its good to get the team together this early in training. People were going all distances, but Steve, Ethan, Steel and I did a nice beaumont bridge via SP first. Up pace at the beginning, and I felt good coming back. Even did a loop on soverlook. My knee was a little tight. Ill ice it later. Its good that these kinda runs are feeling so short. I am going to get into higher mileage eventually, and I want to be able to handle it head on when the time comes.
Got back, did some striders on bellfield. Then a nice stretch while everyone else got back, then L7, some buddies, and rolling upstairs.
Run was mapped at 5.75, but you know me, ill call it my 5.5er
buddies alone.
