Comments:
was planning on a light 30min jog, but turned into 10min then walk an hour...just enjoying the day...la la-la la-la! :)
on a more serious note, i really should get more consistant. hopefully by next week. i mean 40 min one day, then 10min the next?
but i suppose walking wasn't so bad...being surrounded by all those other joggers and bikers, i ended up speed walking (and you know how much i hate walking fast - unless i'm shopping at a sale of course) - good practice for xc camp? :p
