Comments:
Headed to Dan's again for the last time (hopefully) this summer. Warmed up on the bike, stretched and got lifting.
Lifts: Squats (20x body weight, 2 x 15 x 10kg), Lunges (10x8x10lb), deadlift (3x5x90 2x5x110)
Hopefully by doing stretches and strength I'll be making a comeback. Gotta be disciplined about this.
