Comments:
Really thought this was farther than it was, and also thought I was moving faster. I may have actually mapped it wrong and missed a part, because I know I wasn't doing 8 minute pace but thats almost what it works out to. Whatevs. Stretch, simple hips, 5x30 abs and 3xminute planks. week three. go time.
