Legs were a little sore this morning but I think thats mainly due to the no breakfast thing. Anywyas, only needed to get like 4 miles in today so did 1.75 mile warmup over to the track, went through stretching striedes etc then wanted to see what a 5:30 mile felt like being as I want that for my 5k pace, went 76, 2:41, 4:07, 5:30 excatly. About 1000m in felt mychest and back start flaring up then just got worse as I went along, made sure to finish though and then realized I couldnt stand up. One of the women who were around asked me if I was alright and then insisted on calling the paramedics. Found out through x rays and other shit at the hospital that I have a now have a collapsed lung, minimun time out is 4 weeks of absolutley no running. Great. And even better, still have yet to run 45 miles in a week this summer.
