2 warm-up, 8 miles- 2x 4 mile loop(woodhull, holt, lake, 250), 6x12 sec sprint, 2 mile cooldown. 47:23 for the 8 miles. 23:30 first loop, 23:52 for for second. Felt very strong. Kept a solid pace despite some hills/wind.
