today felt very good b/c I was at the faster end of my pace zone, and the workout was really hilly. Had it been completely flat my pace would have been 10secmi faster. My pace was relatively steady, but I think the middle of my workout (where the uphills were) was slower in terms of pace. The beginning was a little fast, but that was necessary b/c it set the tone for the entire workout. The weather was perfect.
