Comments:
Tempo on the Hopkins/Loyola track. Had to carry my flats there warming up so kind of annoying, but whatever. Thought this would suck with the heat and the dew point being in the 70s but it ended up being a pretty solid workout. Through in 5:48, then 11:33(5:45), then 5:38 for the last 1600. Wasn't really trying to pick it up either so I was surprised to negative split when I just wanted to keep it even. Good sign I think considering the weather and the fact that I wasn't feeling too snappy rolling out of bed this morning.
