Longest I've run in a long time, and longest at at time...20 min! Started with left foot hurting, worked through it..then right knee a bit and cramp in side. Got through those and finished strong. Felt great to get through! 6 mi next week...
Time isn't exact because the treadmill automatically put me on cooldown at 1 hr and reset my time after that, annoying. But was about 1 hr 8 min
