Weather: mid 40s and very windy

Comments:
Ran a workout with a local track group. I forgot my spikes which I wasnt very happy about. It had just rain and was very windy. So even though My times were slower than earlier in the week it was tougher. There were some good guys in the group. One ran in the olympic trials for the marathon and another guy had run low 24 for the 8k. Leaders were averaging high 4s for their mile repeats. I did 2:23, 5:17, 5:21, 5:21, 2:36. Short warm up and cool down.
