Comments:
Time to get back to AM runs. Woke up at 0530 and ran from work at 0610. No pt at 7 so I went longer - big PRE. Felt pretty good, but the outside of my R shin was sore.
Worked on turnover, which has improved this week and is more sustainable. Pretty good run.
