Comments:
Very slow/easy day at work. Got out early, worked on form w/Elena (student), then ran solo. Felt pretty good, which was nice. No knee pain -- pretty much gone! Worked on turnover.

Afterwards, I went w/B to Sheldon to work on some drills w/her.
