Comments:
We did the first track workout of the season today. After warming up, we did 2xmile on the track at cruise pace with a minute of rest in between each one. They were more of a warmup than anything else. Then we went inside and did 4x1k at a pretty slow pace. I did the first two with Max, Speare, and Zach. Those felt way too slow but Dolan told me to just cruise with them. I chased for the last two and pretty much finished with Maag on those even though he started 2-3 seconds behind me. Felt great but now that lower part of my left leg near the achilles hurts.
