East Pre bitch loop

Worked 'til 1230, then came home. Dicked around for a while, then at like 3ish I finally went running.

Before running I did some back stretching, then did some plyo-jumps. They went OK but I still suck at them. No sx from the knee.

The run went sketchy: I felt a lot of medial knee "stuff" about halfway in. It's not the same as "The Pain", but lots of discomfort at the joint line and above. I actually stopped and did a quad stretch and for the rest of the run it felt better.

Back at the house, I did drills, along with carioca and bounding, working on pelvic mobility/L-sided muscle use. No pain with that stuff.

Iced afterwards. Later that night I was pretty annoyed to feel what I believe was "The Pain". ALSO, I actually felt medial joint line pain in BOTH knees. Why do I keep feeling those sensations? It's not as bad as the patellar pain, but it's still pain...

Not sure if I'll run tomorrow.

Did a non-circuit abs: 50 sit-ups, oblique crunches, back ext, modified push-ups (60), leg lifts.

Did NOTHING but eat fresh bread and granola and sit around. Dunno. I have a really hard time "going out" alone. :| Might as well...compared to what Eugene's norm, I don't think I'd come off as "creepy" -- that's a high standard around here!!!
