Complete Mess

Weather: 35 n freaken windy

Well i detoxed this week starting on monday and goin to this monday..... Greens only (peas n greenbeans) and lots of water with a very nasty shake to drink everyday! I figured i could do this and take all my mid week runs off and push thru a 18 miler... ooohhh so wrong, dude i was out of gas before i started but gave it a whirl... No carbs no sugar and no NO EXPLODE... all i can say it was a mess and i feel like i went backwards on this run. The wind didnt help one bit either and i was so unmotivated coming up the last hill and knew i was just over half way thru with my run and the wind just sucked the life out of me.I felt like i was running in slow motion but giving everything i had....... what a freaken puss!!! I felt so defeated, tired and upset at the truck and sat there for about 5 min just in shock. 1 more day of this detox and i can move forward cuz after this there aint much room to go backwards for me!!
