Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Met B at the track after work. We did some light running and I watched her run some hard 200s. Did maybe 1.5 mi, the Jeff showed up for the real-deal. We did a 2mi warm-up, then 2x(4-3-2-1) with long-ish rest.
I felt good on the intervals except for a mild R SIJ strain behavior. It irritated in the 2nd set and prevented a fast final 100m, but it was other wise fine. Pretty solid splits:
:68, :52, :31, :15
:67, :49, :31, ???
Didn't really cool down other than walk. Did some stretching and some OMT on my hip, then that was it. Good start to getting back to the track!
