Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Freaking cold 16 with wind chill of 7

Comments:
K, so it was cold and this was my first run in a while. I have 12 weeks to be ready and I still think I can be there. Was a little slower than I would like but, I am just getting back at it. I will have to quickly bump up the mileage though. My right knee started hurting on the hills about half way through. Hopefully some streching will take care of that. Too much treadmill time I guess. And so begins 3 months of serious training. No more missing days. I will be hitting 4-5 days a week and get up to 35-50 miles per week. Are you with me?
