Wow, it's wierd wearing shorts

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Nice, like 55 degrees

Comments:
I went out with the intention of running 3 or 4 miles at race pace, which I decided would be 8:35. I got pretty close. My right knee keeps tightening up on hills. Very frustrating, I need to be more consistent with streching out the IT band before and after running. Felt pretty good. I am ready to bump up the miles now. Gotta bump it up in a hurry.
