Ran at the track solo after work.  3mi WU, then 300 repeats. The idea was quality form over speed; didn't really care the pace, I just wanted it to be "honest" and replicable.
Thought about 12x300 but was too tired for that, so went with 8:  ALL wound up being 55-57 (mostly 56), with a 100 forced jog between 28 and 35s.  Really focused on form.  VERY HOT.  
3mi CD.  Post-run errands and Track Town Pizza; uninspiring pizza.
