Comments:
Lifted over lunch, then started my new mid-week routine of a Goodman Creek TH run. Ran up Hardesty today; only once before have I done this (partial snow), so the goal was "very easy running the whole way".
VERY TOUGH run: the climb never stopped! 62min for the 5+mi. Soaking with sweat; underfueled, salt-bonked a bit, but a good training run.
