Comments:
Weights at noon, then Hardesty.
Really tired on the the drive over, and with Mck 50 coming up, I knew I'd try to keep it easy.
I was very tired on the ascent, and thought I kept it easy - ran 62min up - then very easy down - nearly 42 (usually 38-39). Deuced on the way down again.
Very hot, again. Sick of this 90F stuff. Apartment was an oven upon return. Sucked.
