Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Needed some speed today, but didn't want the track, so I did a road/trail minutes workout: 1-2-3-3-2-1 with equal "rest". The "on" was supposed to be sub-6 pace, and the "rest" = about 6.
Started slow but by the mid-sections I was on pace. Really focused on stride mechanics.
Hot and windy, but good workout.
