Weather: high 20s, chilly but sunny
Comments:
Got up a few hours before 0900 start time. Had some fruit, did circuits, then went for a short run. Didn't foam roll my quad or stretch, and my knee didn't feel too great -- some recurrent medial joint stuff again, but it didn't escalate.
