So I was stuck running inside. I hate the treadmill but I need to be running. With 12 weeks left I can't miss any running. I put in 4.5 averaging under 9's so I am happy with that. I need to get a couple of 6 milers in this week and top it off with a double digit run this weekend. That sucks because it is Super Bowl weekend and I am gonna need to watch the diet in order to have the energy to bump the mileage up that much. Oh well, the results will be worth it, 26.2 doesn't come easy.
