Comments:
Lifted at lunch; didn't get out of the office 'til 5 and not on the trail til 540. Felt pretty solid going up - except for the bee sting in the butt/thigh! - it was nice and cool, which helped. 61:08 up, then a slow 41+ down, mostly because it was getting dark and hard to see the trail.
L outer toe was a little irritable, but getting better. Definitely slowed me down as well.
