Back to back 6's. Woo Hoo. I am officailly back in the game.

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cold, then got colder when the sun went down.

Comments:
I went back to back 6 milers for the first time in a while. Today felt much better than yesterday, although I was a little slower. I made an effort to really pound the hills and take it easy on the downhills. My quads were on fire on the hills and I was winded on a couple of them but it was nice. I was real tight this morning when I got up but loosened up as the day went on and was fine while I ran. I put petroleum jelly on my face to help from the sting of the wind... I read about it on some message boards... wow, it worked great. I actually think it kept me warmer too. Who what of thought that? Anyway, feels good to get some good miles this week. Ready for a day off before a 10 miler Saturday.
