My achilles felt shitty this morning, but better after a noon ice cupping.

After work I drove to Anytime to lift. Did just a few minutes warm-up on the elliptical (heel felt TECH), then lifted. No other cardio.

This "injury" is annoying the shit out of me. CRIPES!
