Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After work, ran the river path in the new Precision shoes. Tired today. Even with the long run tomorrow, however, I wanted to work some speed, so I did x4 400s.
First one I over-did the pelvic motion/trunk rotation, but then honed it over the last 3. Approx splits: 1:15 to 1:17, felt pretty OK.
