Weather: Sunny and warm for February
Comments:
Held up surprisingly well given that I haven't run in three weeks. Started stiff with a little soreness in both ankles. Left ankle was mostly just tight and the right ankle was more like a throb. Ankles numbed while my right hip/butt cheek got tight. Then I started to feel some tendonitis in my right knee. Guess all that is to be expected at this point.
