Comments:
Tried to start out at 5:20 and drop down 10 seconds an interval. splits were 5:17, 5:08, 5:00, 4:59, 5:07. Pretty disappointed with how the workout went.. legs are pretty sore from all the mileage and looking forward to an easy rest of the week. did hurdle drills/6 sprints/plyos before the workout.
