Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Nothing in AM or at lunch (staff mtg). I need to get back on the weight AND/OR circuit routine.
First Hardesty in 3 weeks. Worked on the pelvic action and it was effective; although it felt more labored at times, I broke 60 for the first time on the ascent (58:20); previous best was 60:20 I think.
On the way down it got dark as fuck in the lower woods, so the running was slow, even with a headlamp.
