Comments:
Went run at 1230. Calves felt really sketchy early in the day, but I refused to let that scare me away from at least trying to run.
After some foam roll and stretching, I went for a run solo up the bike path to Valley River Center and back. It went surprisingly well. Some L calf soreness but nothing out of the R. Overall I felt quite clunky but, somehow, I was rolling <6:40 according to the 1/4mile splits on the trail.
Calves felt fine for the rest of the work day.
