Comments:
The race went out moderate paced. 5:15 first mile (I think). I was very pleased with the way Ethan and I ran together for the majority of the race. I was feeling pretty winded at the 3 mile mark and that was around when we were starting to gain on Chris Kelly. He pushed up to C Kells while I maintained the same pace trying to catch my breath. I wish I could have stayed with Ethan but I held on to a decent degree. I eventually caught up to C Kells just before mile 4 and motivated him to pick up the pace (I think). Well, he took off and I used the rest of my energy to finish the race. The finish was so tough because it was into very strong winds. Overall, good race.
