Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Slept in, did some circuit stuff, then finally got out to run at 10. The plan was for an easy 9 or 10, but it got a tad uptempo when working on form.
The new focus: pelvic mobility, heel recovery(L). Feels fast and good. Good run.
