Weather: high 40s nice chilly

6p alone, out and back NP to Warr. out in 7:05s, back in 6:40s. Grogan went to the tuesday track workout, so I was flying solo. This is the best I've felt cardiovascularly and muscularly in my legs. It's also the least my hip has bothered me; this after I decided last night that I was done taking ibuprofen because I was taking a lot, it probably wasn't good for my stomach/liver/kidneys, and it wasn't doing anything. But now I'll get back on ibuprofen because it may have been taking a while to kick in, because today felt good. Getting my swag back.
