Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Finished with work at noon, then came home and fixed my bike flat. AGAIN. This time I put a bunch of tape around the inside of the rim to prevent any further rando-flats. Hopefully this will work.

From home I went for a run, doing the entire Pre loop. My medial knee felt it again; at around 15 minutes I stopped and stretched some things and, when I focused on hip drive/mid foot running, it felt better.

After the run I felt TIRED. I did drills and some jump ups/downs, but definitely too tired to bike to lift, so I drove to Anytime. Got in a pretty good lift, even though I was tired.

Went to bed EARLY again tonight...
